To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Officer at info@skinmed.lt. We will then arrange the details of the acceptance and refund.

We only take back faulty goods (expired, factory defective).

Damage to the top packaging is not an indication of lack of quality (the top packaging is the paper packaging of the cosmetic product in which the cosmetic product jar is packed).

We will take your order back and refund your money within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order (if the product is defective).

The original packaging of the product must not be damaged, the product must not be put into service, and all protective devices used to open the packaging must be intact (protective stopper, protective film).

The fact of use shall be determined by the SkinMed responsible person.
